When we are fully booked, your preferred time and date may not be available. 

Please email us, and we'll do our best to find a suitable alternative for you, if a cancellation or new opening becomes available.

STANDARD FEES:

1- New Patient Initial Appointment  $140

2- Return Patient Follow-up Appointment $135

REDUCED FEES: 

- Private Health Cards, HICAPS, DVA & Work-Cover are accepted (not for Telehealth)

- Centrelink Card holders (concession, health or pension card) and students- are eligible to reduced fees of $124 Concession New Patient Initial Appointment  and $119 Concession Return Patient Follow-up Appointment.

MEDICARE REBATES: 

Medicare rebate for up to 5 sessions per calendar year. 

Clients who wish to access the Medicare rebate system must present a "GP Chronic Care Management (GPCCM/EPC) from their medical practitioner (GP) and also Medicare card at reception.

BULK BILLING: 

NOT available for Osteopathy.

CANCELLATIONS:

When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other people who need a consultation and treatment.

As of 1st of January 2023 a cancellation fee of $75 will be charged for missed appointments, or for appointments that have been cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours-notice.   

** Please note – Cancellation fees are not subject to any rebate from Medicare, private health fund, DVA and Work-Cover.
